Last year, I was honored to represent you and the City of El Paso in announcing the proclamation of “Bliss is Back” day during a tour of Fort Bliss. A contingent of City Officials and Council Members were invited by Fort Bliss Commander Major General James P. Isenhower III to see and experience the facilities on the post. This tour highlighted and further strengthened the deep, mutually supporting relationship between the City of El Paso and Fort Bliss. The trip was memorialized on an episode of Sun City Bliss.
